Entry is $750 for US Open
In order to keep things professional and running smoothly on the day of the tournament, everyone must prepay. If you cancel within 24hrs of the event and there is no one to take your spot, your entry fee will not be refunded and the money will go into the prize pool.

– 32 players with the players that got eliminated Saturday getting priority over everyone else. If we don’t fill up the 32, then we allow players that didn’t sign up for the qualifier to play.
– Start time 12:30pm
– The game 9 ball races to 4 both sides winner break
– Entry $50 ($5 admin fees).
– $20 optional side pot which is 100% payback.

Important Main Tournament Rules:
– Doors open at 12pm and event starts at 1pm sharp with player’s meeting and auction
– If you’re not in the room for the auction then you will not be auctioned off, but you can still play in the tournament
– 9 ball
– Alternate break
– Must break using Matchroom’s break box with 9 racked on the spot. 1 in front. All other balls are racked randomly
– Break must be a forceful break
– 9 counts on the break
– Template rack will be used
– Cue ball fouls only
– Jump cues allowed
– Once cueball crosses headstring on break, game starts, even on miscue
– 3 foul rule in effect
– On jump shot or masse shot, if the ball you are going over or around is moved regardless by cue ball or stick, it’s a foul
– If the object ball and cue ball are touching or close to it, you must shoot away from it at at least a 45 degree angle
– No ball has to be called, slop counts
– Stage 1 is double elimination races to 7 on both sides
– Stage 2 is single elimination races to 9
– Stage 2 will be seeded with a winner side player playing a loser side player first round.
– Seeding will go as follows: 1 seed will be player with least amount of games lost. 2 seed will be player with 2nd least amount of games lost and so on. If multiple players have equal number of games lost, cards will be drawn by players to determine seeding
– If any player attempts to manipulate their match scores, this will qualify as unsportsmanlike conduct and you will be forfeited from the tournament
